SENATE BILL NO. 176 An Act permitting a physical fitness                       
facility or gymnasium to limit public accommodation to only males              
or only females was read the second time.                                      
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
held to the February 24 calendar. Without objection, it was so                 
ordered.                                                                       
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 176 will appear in second reading on the
